How to do it
Write one specific goal involving something you can influence — finishing a product, finding suitable work, building a savings habit — and beneath it write three actions you can take. Arrange the coins in a triangle around the paper. Tie three loose knots in the cord, speaking one line above with each knot. Place the cord over the paper and spend several quiet breaths imagining yourself taking those actions, rather than simply receiving the result.
Afterward
Take the first action within a day. Untie a knot whenever you complete its corresponding step. Keep the coins as reminders or return them to ordinary use. Once all three steps are complete, review what happened before choosing another goal.
- Never leave a candle or flame unattended. Burn paper only in a fireproof dish, away from curtains, pets and children.
