How to do it
Write a boundary on the card in terms of your own actions — I will leave conversations that become insulting, or I will not answer messages during my resting hours — and on the reverse, the practical action that supports it. Wrap the cord around the card three times and tie three loose knots, naming the functions in order: recognize, limit, disengage. Speak the words, put the card in the envelope, set the stone on top, and picture yourself following the boundary calmly and consistently.
Afterward
Take the practical action you wrote down and review the boundary after two weeks. This ritual does not restrain another person or replace real-world help if you are being threatened.
