How to do it
Write the task you're preparing for and one small way to rehearse it. Lay the three cords together and tie their upper ends in one loose knot. Braid a short section while naming what you already know or can do, then tie a loose knot across the braid to mark preparation. Braid the middle section while practicing your first sentence or imagining your first useful action, and tie a second knot to mark beginning. Braid the remaining section, leaving long ends, and tie a third knot to mark staying present. Hold the braid and speak the verse.
Afterward
Rehearse once before the event and keep the braid in a pocket or bag as a reminder. Afterward, note what you learned and untie the three working knots.
